Frugaling and Thrifting to Blogher '10: Inexpensive Makeup
I'm not into expensive makeup, but that doesn't mean I don't like looking good! Below is what makeup I am taking to Blogher 10. Nothing cost me over $10.00 per piece.
Face:
Simply Ageless Makeup Set
4 Pieces include
Foundation
Blush
Corrector
Eye Concealer
I enjoy the fact that this make up goes on smooth and doesn't feel cakey. It also allows for a natural look, hiding my *eh hem* blemishes.Eyes:
I like my eyes to sparkle and glitter, my favorite eye shadows are the L.A Splash collection found at Ulta. This week I picked them up for buy one, get one half off totaling $10.50 for two.
My second favorite eye shadow is the HIP collection (High Intensity Pigment) from Loreal, the metallic duo collection. These retail for about $6.99 each, you can usually find them on sale at CVS or Walgreens.
I have two favorite mascara brands. The 2000 Calorie by Max Factor is my fav, but for some reason harder to find. This tube has lasted me forever and is in great shape still! No clumping or goopiness. The second one is the Maybelline XXL Pro, it has two steps and also does not clump.
I love the automatic eye liner from Ulta, this month it is on sale for only $1.00!Lips:
I love lipgloss, it may be an addiction because I always have to have a different variety on me. e.l.f. lipgloss, you really can't go wrong for only $1.00. See their shop information below for a free shipping day or stop by your local Target!
If you can't find e.l.f., try Cover Girl Wet Sticks, I picked these up this week for around $1.50 at CVS (after sale and coupon).
