Tis the Season for Entertaining: Shrimp Dip Recipe

Christmas is here and New Years is around the corner! It's time to start planning those recipes for dinners and parties. This is an easy Shrimp Cheddar Dip recipe I love to serve at parties.

Shrimp Cheddar Dip

1 lb Shrimp (peeled, cleaned and cooked)
1/4 cup Mayo
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Take all ingredients and add them to a food processor. Pour the dip into ramekin baking dishes and bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve with crackers.

For a Spicier Shrimp Dip:
Use ingredients listed above and include 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper and 1.5 tsp of hot sauce. I love using Franks Red Hot Sweet BBQ sauce.
