
One of my goals for this year is to stay more organized. I find if I know what I am cooking for dinner for the week it just makes planning and shopping easier!
Monday: Tandoori Chicken (my 10 Y/O daughter will actually be making this)
Tuesday: Turkey Meatballs w/ spaghetti (see my recipe here)
Wednesday: Ginger Roast with Garlic Potatoes
Thursday: Lemon Pepper Chicken
Friday: Pizza Night
