Purchase a case which is under "assortment" because it's only 1 penny to ship the box.
The cheapest one is $119 for 12 bottles. Use your $75 credit and it takes it down to $44 + $25 = $69 for 12 bottles of wine SHIPPED to your house.
That is only $5.75 per bottle!
If you don't want a box and want to buy your own, I saw a lot of bottles for around $13. You could get about 4-5 bottles of wine with that Groupon for $25 (+ shipping).
