Monday: Beef Taco Skillet (see the recipe here)
Tuesday: Meatloaf
Wednesday: Gingered Roast w/ roasted garlic potatoes
Thursday: Penne Chicken Pasta
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Oven Roasted
Sunday: Steak Sandwiches w/ baked french fries
