Here is my menu plan for this week including some easy weeknight meals:
Monday:
Ham Casserole
Have leftover ham, here is a recipe I have used:
1 pkg of egg noodles (or any pasta you have on hand would work)COOKED
3 cups chopped/diced ham
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded pepperjack cheese
1 tblsoon of freshly minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of granulated onion
1 teaspoon of honey mustard
Mix everything in large bowl then pour into a casserole dish. Bake for about 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
Tuesday: Black Bean Pasta Bowl

Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches ~ We're going on a picnic!
Thursday:
Chicken Soft Tacos
Friday:
Slow Cooker Chili
Saturday:
