What is Classy Cheapness? Anything that is beautiful I can find that is super cheap!

I am a stay at home mom and I love wearing dresses at any excuse because let's face it, holy shorts and tee-shirts are not very "cute". Well I found these dresses @ Kohls just last week. I was shocked to find out they were only $4.80 each!! 90% off! I looked them over just to make sure there wasn't any holes or stains to claim as why they were so cheap. Absolutely nothing wrong.
